Agent workflow roadmap moving from task to reviewed result

Developer vision

Make prospecting inspectable, composable, and safe to challenge

Unify GTM is built around a simple operating principle: an AI agent should accelerate research without obscuring sources, uncertainty, permissions, or the people accountable for external action.

The architecture we work toward

INPUT

Explicit task contracts

Firmographic and technographic criteria, intent-signal definitions, exclusions, required evidence, and output schemas should be written before collection starts.

RUNTIME

Observable agent execution

Connector calls, provider provenance, retrieval timing, transformations, rate limits, and failures should remain visible instead of being flattened into a confidence badge.

CONTROL

Human decision gates

Contact selection, message drafting, suppression, channel choice, and sending deserve separate approvals and narrowly scoped permissions.

A horizontal path from idea to governed workflow

Frame

Turn a market thesis into a falsifiable ICP and labeled evaluation set.

Connect

Select sources and credentials with minimum required access.

Measure

Observe accepted matches, source coverage, reviewer overrides, cost, and latency.

Govern

Map retention, export, deletion, opt-out, authentication, and regional obligations.

Improve

Revise prompts and source priority from reviewed evidence rather than anecdotes.

Runtime roles, not implied partnerships

Connection labels describe architectural responsibilities and do not claim official endorsement.

AI agent runtime

Executes the skill and exposes installation, logs, permissions, and secret handling.

Research sources

Supply company context, public signals, or configured enrichment with provider-specific terms.

Human reviewer

Approves targeting, resolves uncertain evidence, and controls external action.

Destination system

Receives approved output under its own field rules, retention policy, and access controls.

Inspect the architecture in your own runtime

A production review should identify the legal owner, technical owner, permitted data, failure path, and deletion process for every connection. Compatibility must be checked against current first-party documentation and controlled execution because package versions, provider APIs, rate limits, and agent runtimes change independently. Unknown is an acceptable status when evidence is missing; it is safer than converting an assumption into a product promise. Copy the installer, review package provenance and permissions, then test a narrow research task with non-production credentials.
